The Role
Be part of a team that's cultivating growth and expansion. As a Sales Development Specialist II, you'll work with a high-performing sales team to handle real-time inbound lead engagement. Your mission: connect with qualified prospects as soon as they express interest, build trust quickly, and book demos for our Account Executives.
This is a front-line revenue role in which you’ll manage the program’s first impression with potential customers. You’ll be expected to follow structured playbooks, use CRM tools precisely, and deliver a consistent, high-energy experience for every lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage inbound leads in real time via phone, text, and email (within minutes of inquiry).
- Follow Program scripts and qualification framework to identify fit and interest.
- Book calendar appointments and demos directly for U.S. Account Executives in Attio.
- Update CRM and daily activity logs with complete accuracy.
- Handle objections and questions confidently while staying within approved messaging.
- Collaborate with U.S. Sales team for continuous coaching and performance improvement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs: connection rates, demos booked, and conversion rates.
What We Expect From You:
- 1–3 years of B2B or B2C inside sales/appointment setting experience (preferably in a U.S. or Canadian market with a technology or financial product).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication; accent neutral or near-neutral.
- Comfort with U.S. business hours (EST/PST overlap required).
- Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs (Attio, Aircall, etc.).
- Fast typing speed, ability to manage multiple chat/call threads simultaneously.
- Consistent access to reliable high-speed internet and backup power.
- Highly coachable, follows scripts precisely, and uses feedback to improve performance daily.
